Terms of Service

All players booking lessons, purchasing packages, or using vouchers with Bundle Reload Golf must agree to the following terms of service.
General Policy

All golf lessons, packages, and vouchers are strictly non-refundable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking individual lessons. The balance is due immediately after the lesson

Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 5 years from the date of sale.

BioVis Sport Solutions Ltd Gift Cards and E-Vouchers are issued in euro (€) only.

A voucher is a prepaid product, meaning funds must be loaded onto the voucher at the time of purchase.

Vouchers must be used within their stated validity period.
Processing Fee
Since 1 September 2022, a €3.50 monthly processing fee applies to vouchers that remain unused for 12 months from the purchase date.

The fee will be deducted from the remaining voucher balance each month after the first 12 months.

The deduction will continue until the voucher balance reaches €0 or the voucher expires, whichever occurs first.
This processing fee also applies to vouchers issued from 2020 onwards that had already exceeded 12 months from the purchase date by 1 September 2025. In these cases, the monthly deduction began on 1 September 2025.
Lost or Misplaced Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers must be kept safe at all times.

If a voucher or gift card is lost, misplaced, or stolen, BioVis Sport Solutions Ltd cannot trace, replace, or reissue the voucher.

This applies even if proof of purchase is presented.

No exceptions will be made.
Using a Voucher When Booking a Lesson

Enter the voucher code in the notes section at checkout when booking.

If a valid voucher code is not entered, the lesson booking will be cancelled.
Using a Package Instead of a Voucher

If you are using a lesson package instead of a voucher, type “Package” in the notes section when booking.

Cancellations & Missed Lessons

All in-person and online (Zoom) lessons require a minimum of 48 hours’ cancellation notice.

Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a €55 fee if notices is given.
- If no cancellation notice is given within the 48-hour period, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Bundle Reload Program Terms

Bundles cannot be redeemed in 90-minute sessions.

Bundles must be used within 12 weeks from the first session.
-
Bundles may be placed on hold only with a medical certificate from a GP.
-
Studio access (mid-week 10am–4pm) does not include balls.
Bundle Renewal & Credit Options
New Member & Renewal Member

Option One: If a player is unable to complete the program within the 12-week period, they will still receive credit for the remaining lessons, a credit of €30 will be awarded for each session left, whether it’s a 60-minute or a 90-minute session. It is crucial to make the most of the allocated 12 weeks and utilise your lessons within this timeframe. This policy is also applicable to players who are renewing their participation in the program.

Option Two: You can sign up for another 12 weeks and regain all access that was given during the initial 12 weeks. This also means that you will keep your remaining lessons at the initial value plus the 4 lessons from the new package over the next 12 weeks. This will revert to option one if the initial and new lessons are not taken in the next 12 week bundle period.
Renewal Policies

After 6 months: A returning player must complete another program with two assessments (€150).

Within 12 weeks: Players renewing have a 3-week grace period before starting lessons but must begin within 4 weeks of sign-up.
Disputes
We will work to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
